The website has been created by the company “NETLINK SERVICES AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”, with registered office at 10-12 Dorileou Street, Athens, tel: +30 2103388880, e-mail info@netlink.gr (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), in order to provide information and services to its visitors/users. The Company is the Controller of your personal data obtained through the use of the site. In this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) we provide you with information about the kind of personal data we collect about you, the manner and purposes for which we collect it, the third parties with whom we share such data, including your rights.

We will respond to your requests free of charge, without delay, and in any case within (1) one month after we receive your request. However, if your request is complex or there is a large number of your Requests, we will inform you within one month if we need to take another two (2) months extension within which we will respond to you.

Applicable law is the Greek law, as formed in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679/EU and the overall applicable national and European legislative and regulatory framework on the protection of personal data.

The Courts of Athens are the competent courts for any disputes concerning the Data.
